Atlanta nonprofit Callanwolde Fine Arts Center recently unveiled the music lineup for its upcoming 2025 Spring Concert Series.
Taking place over a period of four days between March and May, the concert series will feature live performances from several musicians that span a variety of music genres, all of which will take place at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center’s outdoor amphitheater, located in Metro Atlanta.
Kicking off the event on March 28 is Ruby Velle and the Soulphonics, an Atlanta-based band that blends funk, Southern soul, Motown and R&B together for a can’t miss show that is fronted by lead vocalist Velle, who is renowned for her sultry, soulful voice.
On April 11, Rose Hotel will take the stage. Led by Atlanta-based singer/songwriter Jordan Reynolds, the band merges indie-rock with psychedelic and folk influences, which is on full display on their latest album — and label debut — A Pawn Surrender.
Following Rose Hotel, Luke Winslow-King — guitarist, singer and songwriter — will perform his catalogue of music that mixes several genres like delta blues, roots, rock and folk. Known for his masterful guitar work, captivating lyrics and authentic voice, Winslow-King comes to Atlanta after primarily playing in New Orleans for over 15 years.
The final performance of the concert series, slated to take place on May 9, is Ever More Nest, an americana/country group that combines dynamic vocals with “ghostly, effusive guitars, spirited mandolin and banjo, mournful fiddle and a rhythm section steady as a country train,” according to a release.
“This year’s Callanwolde Spring Concert Series features an unforgettable season of live music under the stars showcasing an incredible line up of R&B, soul, indie-rock, folk-rock, and alt-country artists,” said Andrew Keenan, executive director of Callanwolde Fine Arts Center.
“The Callanwolde amphitheater is a true Atlanta treasure, providing an intimate atmosphere to unwind and experience an evening of live music while supporting affordable and accessible arts education.”
Tickets are now on sale, starting at $35 for individual admission and discounted rates offered for groups of 10 or more people.
VIP tables and season ticket options are also available, giving access to all four concerts for prices as low as $120.
Because the concerts occur outdoors, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center encourages attendees to bring blankets, chairs and food for the event.
