The Macon Film Festival is seeking sponsors for its 20th annual festival, which will be held from Aug. 21-24.
According to a press release, the festival aims to celebrate and promote community and film for entertainment, inspiration, education and economic development across Georgia.
The festival will include film screenings, workshops, celebrity guests, panel discussions, filmmaker/artist networking opportunities with the festival’s supporters, and immersive content at Macon’s Museum of Arts and Sciences.
“We aim to make our 20th festival our most impactful yet,” said Hannah Hartman, president of the Macon Film Festival Board, in the release. “We aim to partner with businesses, organizations and corporations that are looking to uplift film development in Georgia and support the arts.”
The festival offers a variety of sponsorship levels beginning at $500. Sponsors will be identified in all printed and website signage and will receive admission for all four days of festival activities.
Tickets for regular attendees vary in perks and access, but start as low as $15 for a single block pass. This pass gives admission to one screening, according to a spokesperson.
A spokesperson did not respond to questions about when tickets for the festival will go on sale. Information on tickets, sponsorship levels, perks, and more can be found on the festival’s website.
