First, they brought the buyer for Georgia’s largest publicly listed home sold last year — a $35 million estate. Originally searching at a lower price point, their client, a referral, became intrigued by the 50,000± square foot Buckhead mansion. Despite a lower offer, Sam and the buyer’s persistence paid off after weeks of resubmitting, when the seller finally accepted.
The thrilled family now enjoys their dream home, complete with 11 bedrooms, 20 bathrooms, a wine cellar, an indoor pool, a bowling alley, and a ballroom. Sam has sold this property three times in his career. He first sold the property to one of his clients in 2014, then again in 2016 to the seller who built the current home, and finally in 2024 to the current homeowner.
The Bayne Battleson Group also made waves with a Chastain Park estate. Despite being listed before completion and initially built for a specific buyer (who owned a large car collection) whose deal fell through, they pivoted their marketing strategy.
Rather than just selling the home, they sold the lifestyle — showcasing the walkout backyard with a pool, a main-level primary suite, and an expansive lower level. Their creative approach found the perfect buyer, proving their expertise in overcoming challenges, marketing luxury homes, and delivering exceptional results.
