Bonnie Majher took the No. 6 spot for volume sold at this year’s Atlanta REALTORS® Association Gala. Bonnie’s remarkable success is driven by her dedication to delivering not only exceptional results but also unwavering compassion for her clients.
One of the most meaningful transactions of her year was helping a client sell their Roswell property during an emotionally challenging time. With the client’s husband in Colorado receiving treatment, Bonnie’s swift and expert handling of the sale—from list to close in just 27 days—ensured the client could make it to his bedside in his final moments. To ease the burden further, Bonnie arranged for a mobile notary, allowing the client to complete the closing remotely. Reflecting on the experience, the client shared, “If it hadn’t been for you … I may not have had my brief opportunity to hold his hand and tell him goodbye. You will never know how much those precious moments meant to me.” The heartfelt message is a reminder that real estate is often about far more than just closing deals.
Bonnie’s year was also defined by her success with Milton Towns, a downtown Milton community of 14 luxury townhomes designed and built by Waterford Homes. Beginning in March 2023, she sold five units and, in 2024, sold the remaining nine, bringing the neighborhood to completion.
Her expertise and commitment were instrumental in the project’s success, making Milton Towns one of her key accomplishments of the year.
