The mother-daughter duo, Kim Boyd and Kathryn Boyd Crabtree, along with teammate Julia Cox, built their 2024 success on the foundation of lasting relationships, off-market opportunities, and full-circle moments.
One of their standout transactions was a storybook homecoming in Collier Hills. Several years ago, Kim and Kathryn represented both parties in the sale of a special home. When the current owners were ready to move on, word made its way back to the original owners, who couldn’t resist the chance to bring their beloved home back into their lives. In a rare twist of fate, The Boyd Team once again represented both sides — this time in reverse. It was a true “Father of the Bride” moment, highlighting the lasting connections they build with their clients.
Another defining moment of their year unfolded at a closing table, where a chance conversation led to another off-market success. While chatting with a young agent filling in for a colleague, The Boyd Team learned she was preparing to list her parents’ home. It turned out to be a perfect fit for their buyers. The very next day, they toured the property, and their clients purchased it off-market.
