🐾 Now in its third year, the Midtown Mutt Gala is a playful riff on the stylish Met Gala, featuring food and drinks, music, vendors, and costumed dogs strutting their stuff on the red carpet. Here’s a video that describes the fun:

It’s cheeky, fun, social, free to attend … and uniquely Midtown.

More than 500 people attended in 2024! And this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever.

🟥 That’s because the red carpet is moving out onto Peachtree Street. The block between 10th and 11th Streets will be temporarily closed to vehicles for the event, creating more space for adoring fans and shutterbugs to admire the cute and furry fashionistas.

😎 The event will be emceed by two divas, Brigitte Bidet and Ellasaurus Rex, who will get the crowd fired up. The costume contest will be directed by guest judges Mary Alex Anders, Alex Davis and Elaine Hendrix while celebrity DJ Ree de le Vega will put the event soundtrack together.

🛍️Looking for accessories and merch for your best friend? Shop the vendor marketplace next to the red carpet in the 10th Street Park. There, you’ll find a mix of both practical items for your dog and some haute couture from a range of local businesses. Shop Bee’s Bark Bar, Laura Boisson, Dulces de Luna, Four Legged Foodie, K and C PastriesPawdicure, Prince & Posh and more.

🌭 There’s also food and drinks for sale from Astros Corn Dogs, Fado Irish Pub Midtown, Jimmie’s Jerk BBQ and YOM ice cream.
