The Atlanta City Council will hold public hearings related to the budget on Wednesday, May 21 at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave, SW.

The public is invited to provide comments during the tax millage rate public hearing from 6-6:15 p.m., as well as during the Fiscal Year 2026 interactive budget hearing from 6:15-7 p.m. The public will be able to comment on and ask questions about the City of Atlanta’s budget, according to a press release.

Written questions or video submissions of no more than 15 seconds can be sent to budgettalk@atlantaga.gov. Comments and questions will also be received through voicemail by dialing (404) 330-6043. The deadline for these submissions is Tuesday, May 20.

Submissions can also be sent during the livestream of the interactive budget hearing by commenting on the council’s YouTube and Facebook. The hearings will be simulcast on these pages as well as the council’s Twitter and Channel 26. Closed captioning will be available on the council’s Facebook page.
