The Same House, an Atlanta-based community service organization, has announced the dates for its annual fundraising event.

The organization’s fourth annual Beloved Benefit will take place on Aug. 14 at the Woodruff Arts Center. According to a press release, this year’s event will shift away from the seated dinner of years past to an event more akin to the Kennedy Center Honors. This year’s event will feature appearances from T.I., Ludacris, Maria Taylor, and Rickey Smiley.

Each year’s benefit raises money for local nonprofits. According to the release, this year’s benefit will support organizations that work to combat economic inequality. The organizations are Atlanta Technical College, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, City of Refuge, Latin American Association, Morehouse School of Medicine, New Life Community Alliance, Partners for HOME, and Westside Future Fund.

The Beloved Benefit takes its name from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s concept of the “beloved community,” based on social justice and equality for all. According to the release, the benefit has raised $21 million for Atlanta since 2019. Last year, The Same House supported 24 organizations and helped over 100,000 individuals and their families.

The sponsors for the 2025 event are Chick-fil-A, Georgia Power, Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Truist Charitable Fund, The Home Depot Foundation, UPS, Smurfit Westrock, Choate Construction, The Coca-Cola Company & The Coca-Cola Foundation, Delta Air Lines, Graphic Packaging International, and Wells Fargo.

Tickets for the Beloved Benefit can be purchased online.
