1. ‘Stranger Things’ home now available on Airbnb

💡 Part one of the final season of “Stranger Things” begins streaming tonight on Netflix, but if watching it on TV isn’t enough, then maybe book this Airbnb for a full descent into the Upside Down.

The home of the Byers family – Joyce (Winona Ryder) and her sons Will (Noah Schnapp) and Jonathan (Charlie Heaton) – is now available to rent on Airbnb. The house is located in Fayetteville and is one of the most recognizable filming locations from the show.

The home features decor from “Stranger Things,” including a replica of the light-up alphabet that Joyce builds in season one to try to communicate with Will when he’s stuck in the Upside Down.

2. As age-verification laws expand, Atlanta’s AgeWallet steps in to keep businesses compliant

🪪 Earlier this year, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld a Texas law mandating proof of age to access adult content online, which is paving the way for similar age-verification legislation across the country.

Such legislation means that many gaming, cannabis, alcohol, and adult entertainment companies are scrambling to figure out exactly how to stay compliant online.

That’s where Brady Louveau, CEO of Atlanta-based Brady Mills Agency, saw an opportunity. Louveau’s agency was having conversations with payment processing clients about their needs around age-related compliance. After about a year of building, the agency has rolled out AgeWallet, a privacy-first age-verification app.
