For the next few months, the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center is hosting Refresh & Renew, an experiential new series that brings immersive wellness to its Studio Theatre.
The Sandy Springs PAC announced a slate of upcoming programs, including sound bath meditations, guided yoga, and pilates, after a successful kickoff in early January.

As wellness continues to evolve beyond gyms and green juice, the Sandy Springs PAC team is rethinking what it means to “go to the theater” in 2026.
With its new R&R series, the Sandy Springs PAC is tapping into a growing interest in wellness experiences that prioritize health in a way that feels communal, creative, and unexpectedly fun. The city-led arts and culture hub wants to prove that caring for mind and body can be just as engaging as a night at the symphony.
Organizers said the first installment, a sound bath meditation on Jan. 12, set the tone. Participants stretched out on mats beneath theatrical lighting, surrounded by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes.

Rather than asking audiences to choose between self-care and a night out, the Refresh & Renew series blends the two. Each hour-long session is designed to be welcoming to beginners while still offering a reset for regulars.
Classes are led by experienced practitioners, including sound healer Malinie Feeney, yoga educator TJ Elizabeth Mangrum, and pilates instructor Amy Harris.
Tickets to individual R&R sessions are available on the Sandy Springs PAC’s website. Each class has an all-in price of $31.25, including the face value of the ticket, facility fee, and taxes.
Upcoming R&R events include:
• February 9: Sound Bath Meditation
• February 23: Yoga Stretch & Guided Meditation
• March 16: Sound Bath Meditation
• March 30: Pilates & Prosecco
