In the dining, the menu focuses on both northern and southern Indian dishes, including Goan cuisine. Look for dishes like grilled mushroom kebabs marinated in a Chettinad spice blend (roasted spices, black pepper, and curry leaves), shallow-fried jackfruit marinated in Malabar spices, lobster cooked in a tandoor oven, and a beet stir-fry tossed with mustard seeds, shredded coconut, curry leaves, and green chilies.
Led by Arvind Poojari, the bar offers wine and cocktails using South Asian aromatics. Think saffron and spice-infused scotch, paan-infused vermouth, rasam-spiced vodka, and chai spiked with rum. Non-alcoholic drinks like a mango and rose lassi and table-side chai service are also available.
