Norcross Mayor Craig Newton recognized United Consulting Group’s three decades of business within the city with an official proclamation on April 16 during a special luncheon at the company’s headquarters.

“United Consulting Group represents the very best of what it means to be a corporate partner in our community,” Newton said. “For more than 30 years, they have not only grown a successful business, but have also invested in Norcross through service, leadership, and a genuine commitment to making our city a better place.”

Growing with Norcross

United Consulting Group established its Norcross location at 625 Holcomb Bridge Road in 1996. Over the past three decades, the firm has grown into a leading civil engineering company in metro Atlanta with offices in Alabama, California, Florida, and Texas.

Today, United Consulting employs nearly 200 people, making it one of the largest employers in the city of Norcross and a significant contributor to the local economy.

The city’s announcement said United Consulting and its employees actively support local organizations and charitable initiatives throughout Norcross and surrounding communities.

The company also contributes to the beautification of the city through its ongoing participation in Gwinnett County’s Adopt-A-Road program, maintaining Holcomb Bridge Road and organizing multiple cleanup events each year.

Reza Abree, founder, CEO, and president of United Consulting Group, said the company has been a proud ally of the city for more than 30 years.

“We love this city for its diversity, its sense of community, and all the wonderful qualities that make it such a special place,” Abree said. “Our relationship with the city has always been strong, and we deeply admire how committed Norcross is to celebrating and supporting its community. We’re here for you, City of Norcross!”
