The Cobb County CDBG Program Office will hold a Public Review Meeting at 11:30 a.m. on June 3, 2026 to receive public comments regarding the second additional allocation in the amount of $386,644.00 awarded to Cobb County by the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2026 Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Program. As a result of this award, Cobb County’s total FFY2026 CSBG allocation is $873,538.54.
The proposed PY2026 CSBG funding recommendations, inclusive of the additional DHS award and reallocated funds, will be presented for consideration and approval on the Tuesday, June 23, 2026 Board of Commissioners Agenda.
