Saturday, May 23 — A boil water advisory remains in effect for a large swath of Atlanta, including Downtown, Grant Park, Inman Park, and East Atlanta, after an internal power failure at the Hemphill Water Treatment Plant. The advisory is expected to be lifted by 1 p.m. today.
