A new chapter for Midtown is beginning.
This fall, Midtown Alliance is opening Midtown Green, a new public gathering space at 98 14th Street, and you’re invited to experience it. While the site is just beginning its transformation, this opening marks something much bigger: the first step toward creating one of Atlanta’s most iconic public spaces.

Located in the heart of Midtown, Midtown Green is envisioned as a vibrant destination where art, culture, nature, and community come together. In the years ahead, the space will evolve into an imaginative, art-filled park designed for all Atlantans—a place to relax, gather with friends, discover something new, and enjoy some of the city’s best free experiences.
But before construction on the permanent park begins, we want the community to help shape what comes next.
Throughout the fall, Midtown Green will come alive with free events that give visitors a chance to experience the space while learning more about its future. Whether you stop by for lunch, shop from local artists, or join a fitness class after work, you’ll also have opportunities to meet the project team, view the long-term vision for the park, and share your ideas for Atlanta’s newest public space.

Midtown Green is located at 98 14th St, on 14th St between Peachtree St and W Peachtree St., and is very accessible by just about every mode of transportation. It is one block south of the Arts Center MARTA Station and has ample bike racks on site. There is abundant paid parking in the area, the closest being the Promenade Parking deck, which has entrances on both 14th St and 15th St.
Here’s a preview of what you can see and do at Midtown Green this fall.
