“Toy Factory,” a family-friendly, immersive exhibit taking you behind the scenes of a working toy factory, will premiere at Pullman Yards on Sept. 30 and continue through the end of the year.
“Toy Factory,” according to an online description, is a 360°-projected workshop with interactive games and experiences that can be enjoyed via virtual reality or without. Visitors will also have the chance to design and build their own toys.
The experience comes from Dirty Monitor, the studio behind “Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience,” which came to Pullman Yards in 2021. “Toy Factory” will have its global premiere at Pullman Yards and will also serve as the event space’s five-year anniversary exhibit, according to a press release.
“For our fifth anniversary, we wanted to present an experience for the whole family that captures the essence of Pullman Yards while showcasing the most compelling aspects of some of our best-known exhibitions, such as the creative digital artistry of the Van Gogh exhibition and the sheer exuberance and playfulness of The Balloon Museum,” said Pullman Yards Owner Adam Rosenfelt in the release. “The Toy Factory embodies Pullman’s Industrial Revolution roots and our present-day digital revolution, designed for all families to enjoy.”
“Toy Factory” premieres on Sept. 30. Tickets go on sale on Sept. 17.
