207 Peachtree, the new 45,000-square-foot entertainment, dining, and event space in Downtown Atlanta, has opened its Grand Ballroom.
Located on the corner of Peachtree Street and Andrew Young International Boulevard, the 1920s historic building housing the Grand Ballroom was designed by Atlanta architecture firm Pringle & Smith and was originally home to Regenstein’s Department Store.
A $10.5 million modernization program preserved the building’s distinctive historic character, and the recent opening of 207 Peachtree marks the first time the building has been fully activated across all floors since the late 1970s, according to a press release.

On the building’s second floor, the Grand Ballroom is a versatile, 10,000-square-foot event space with soaring 14-foot ceilings, restored hardwood floors, a large stationary bar, crystal chandeliers and original windows with views of Downtown. Nine oversized art pieces depicting Atlanta landmarks and cultural moments line the walls, giving guests a glimpse into the evolution of the city.
Accommodating 300+ guests for weddings, galas, corporate events and large-scale celebrations, the event space offers full-service catering, event staffing and state-of-the-art amenities, including full AV capabilities, lighting packages, equipment rental options and customizable bar setups.
In addition to the Grand Ballroom, 207 Peachtree is home to five other concepts from RPB Management Group, including a 1920s speakeasy lounge, Red Phone Booth, Italian restaurant Amalfi Cucina + Mercato, the just-opened sports bar Peachtree Sporting Club and a new bar called American Dive.
A rooftop lounge will open later this year and feature city views, handcrafted cocktails, elevated shareable plates and tableside service. All can accommodate private and semi-private events for after-parties, cocktail hour, and more, according to the release.
