Luxury senior living community Corso Atlanta will add an 11-story residential tower with 110 private residences, new amenities, and restaurants.

Located in Buckhead at 3200 Howell Mill Road, the expansion is expected to open in Spring 2028, according to a press release from Galerie Living.

“This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Corso Atlanta and for senior housing in Atlanta,” Joshua Peterson, President of Galerie Management, said in the release. “Corso Residences are destinations that marry brilliant design with world-class hospitality and personal wellness. Phase II builds on that foundation with a broader range of dining, gathering and wellness experiences, and sets a new standard for luxury living in Buckhead.”
