Infinite Realities, Tucker’s comic and game store, will host the first-ever Comicopia, a comic book convention featuring legendary artists and indie creators, on Nov. 7 and 8.
Infinite Realities Comicopia is a full weekend dedicated to the art, stories, and creators of comic books.
The event will include opportunities to meet comic book authors and artists; shop from vendors selling comics, art, and collectibles; and compete in a cosplay contest. Participants will be judged on their character costume creations by a panel of local cosplayers on Saturday, Nov. 7, and the winner will receive $500 and a free professional photo shoot of his or her cosplay. The competition begins at 11 a.m., and registration is open to all experience levels.
