The fifth annual Taste Brookhaven in October sold out with a record 222 tickets and raised $9,000 for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Strong4Life program, Explore Brookhaven announced.

“We are grateful to Brookhaven, the participating restaurants and sponsors, and everyone who came together for Taste Brookhaven in support of Strong4Life,” said Marc Welsh, vice president of community impact at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. “Brookhaven is home to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Arthur M. Blank Hospital, so it is especially meaningful to see our own community rally around our mission. Support from events like Taste Brookhaven helps us continue providing families across Georgia with programs and resources to raise healthy, safe and resilient kids.”
