The Brookhaven Parks and Recreation department offers numerous pavilions, gyms, athletic fields, and community rooms available to the community for all types of events and programs.
To reserve a facility at a Brookhaven park or recreation center, a facility request form must be submitted and approved. The cost to reserve a space varies depending on the space being rented, however, Brookhaven residents receive a 50% discount on hourly rental fees.
All requests are evaluated based on anticipated attendance, parking availability, and other activities on site. Rental requests that are made 14 days or less of the requested date(s) will not be accepted.
Once the request is approved, the full balance must be paid within 2 business days or otherwise specified date and time. If payment is not made by deadline, the temporary hold is removed, and the date is made available to the public.
To reserve a facility, visit the Rec 1 website and follow the Facility Reservation tab to find a list of facilities available. Facility descriptions include rental hours, rental fees, parking availability, and maximum occupancy.
