Florida-based real estate development and investment firm Kolter Urban is expanding its Atlanta presence into Midtown after securing purchase contracts for a new luxury condominium project, named Fourteen Park.

The firm, which previously closed on a primary 1.35-acre site at 250 14th Street NE last year, is set to acquire seven adjacent townhome sites at 1160–1172 14th Place NE, with the aim of combining the properties to create a larger development site of condos located on the edge of Ansley Park.

The project marks Kolter Urban’s fourth condominium development in Atlanta (the first in Midtown), following the completion of The Dillon Buckhead and Graydon Buckhead, in addition to Elyse Buckhead, which is currently under construction.

“Atlanta continues to demonstrate remarkable growth and resilience, making it one of the most compelling markets in the Southeast,” said Aaron Taulbee, regional president of Kolter Urban. “With its thriving economy and dynamic lifestyle, Midtown is the ideal setting for our next residential project.”

The real estate firm says that Fourteen Park will place residents within walking distance of green spaces like the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Piedmont Park; Colony Square, which offers several restaurants, fitness and wellness concepts, a movie theater and more; along with member-only establishments like Ansley Golf Club and Piedmont Driving Club.

Additionally, the property also sits within the city’s “heart of the arts,” located in close proximity to the Woodruff Arts Center, High Museum of Art, Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Museum of Design Atlanta and the Fox Theatre.
