Lisa Rayam, a broadcast veteran with strong ties to the Atlanta community, is host of “Morning Edition” and can be heard Monday through Friday from 6 – 10 a.m.
You probably know her from her 21 years at Fox 5, where she was a reporter and anchor of the noon and 6 p.m. newscasts. During her tenure there, Lisa developed a reputation as a tenacious, well-connected reporter and trusted anchor. She brings to our team a wealth of experience, extensive contacts and credibility that comes from covering the biggest news stories in our city for 20+ years.

Tammy Joyner

Tammy Joyner is the Democracy reporter for Atlanta Civic Circle, an online, nonprofit publication.
She is an Atlanta-based journalist whose work has appeared in The New York Times, Washington Post, Glamour Magazine, Reader’s Digest, Daily Kos, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Delta Sky Magazine, and other publications.
Before becoming a freelance journalist in 2017, she worked at The Charlotte Observer, The Detroit News, and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. While at The AJC, she was a business reporter and editor.
She is a University of Michigan 2003-2004 Knight-Wallace Journalism Fellow.

Amy Wenk

Amy Wenk joined as editor in May, 2021. She previously spent eight years as a lead reporter for the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Wenk began her career in community news. She worked as an editor for AOL, where she launched news site Patch.com in Midtown Atlanta. She also served as staff writer for Reporter Newspapers.
