Harry Norman, Realtors President and CEO Lewis Glenn is retiring to pursue other personal and professional opportunities, and senior vice president and general manager Martha Hayhurst will succeed Glenn as president.

Glenn was named president and CEO in 1994 by the late Harry Norman, Jr. Glenn and a group of managing partners led the company until it was sold to Berkshire Hathaway affiliate HomeServices of America in May 2006. Before being named president, Glenn served as vice president and managing broker of the company’s Buckhead/Northwest office.

“My decision to retire has been made easier by having the current leadership team in place,” Glenn said. “I admire Martha Hayhurst’s professional expertise and leadership skills, and after observing her thorough commitment to the success of everyone connected with Harry Norman, Realtors, I am confident in her ability to lead this company to its next level of accomplishment.”

Hayhurst served as a senior vice president since 2006, first in charge of branch growth and development and most recently as general manager in charge of overall operations. Hayhurst joined Harry Norman, Realtors as vice president and managing broker of the Peachtree City office, which she opened in 2001.
