green_job_logoAs the world continues to grow more environmentally conscious, so it follows that the demand for “green” jobs has also been growing.  “Going Green” in the workplace is no easy feat, however, and many people don’t know where to start.

That’s what the National Green Energy Council has announced its new Green Jobs Corps program, designed to train people across the nation in Green methods and practices.  The Council hopes that class attendees will leave the classroom with a greater knowledge of how to provide certain green services to their customers, and The Council will even assist with job placement!

There are two training sessions left to attend in Atlanta: Green and Sustainability 101 and Marketing Sustainable Real Estate with Eco-Brokering.  Both will be held on Friday, August 28, at the Atlanta Civic Center, 395 Piedmont Avenue.
