The city’s Department of Watershed Management on July 12 will begin installing a new water main on Collier Road that will make travel difficult between Ardmore and Dellwood drives from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday and during the day on Saturday.
The work could last until Aug. 13.
Collier Road will be reduced to one lane of traffic and residents may experience noise from equipment while construction takes place.
The project is to improve water supply to Piedmont Hospital.
