AS_Tree3The 6th annual Lighting of Atlantic Station will take place on Saturday, Nov. 20, from noon to 9 p.m.  The full day event will kick off Atlantic Station’s holiday season with live entertainment, a holiday fashion show, children’s craft activities, an open-air market, and the lighting of the 50-foot tall Holiday Tree in Central Park.

The tree lighting ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m. with appearances from 11Alive and Dave FM personalities, a visit from Santa Claus, and the switching on of the Tree’s 250,000 twinkling lights. A realistic snowfall will take place at 8 p.m., followed by a free screening of a classic holiday film.

Atlantic Station’s holiday activities will continue beyond the lighting with nightly snowfalls through Dec. 31, free holiday concerts, miniature train rides, Santa photo ops, and more.
