The Sandy Springs/Perimeter Center Chamber of Commerce named Carol Rubler its member of the year during the chamber’s annual meeting Jan. 31. Rubler, who handles marketing for Glenlake Apartments, chaired the chamber’s small business council and business development committee, chamber officials said. During its annual meeting, the chamber anmed George Bergmark and Ron Comacho its board members of the year.
