A delegation from Taicang City, China received a warm Sandy Springs welcome on Tuesday, April 24, in a visit that’s part of the city’s efforts to kindle a better trading relationship with other countries.

City spokeswoman Sharon Kraun said the city would like to send a delegation to China in the fall, but no plans have been finalized.

A delegation from Taicang visited Sandy Springs on April 24 as part of a 4-city U.S. tour. The delegation visited Philadelphia and New York prior to Sandy Springs, and will stop in Hawaii before returning to China.
