Explore Gwinnett, the county’s tourism arm, and the City of Norcross are partnering to host a watch party for the FIFA World Cup Semifinals at Lillian Webb Park

While Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium is hosting two of the world’s four best soccer teams, viewing at Lillian Webb Park will be free and open to the public.

Norcross and the World Cup

Festivities begin at 2 p.m. with live music, followed by the 3 p.m. kickoff on the big screen. The free community event is part of the “Kick It In The Nnet” series with Explore Gwinnett.

“Enjoy a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere with kids activities and a variety of food and drink vendors available on-site,” city officials said in an announcement. “This weekday event is the perfect way to gather the community and cheer on the world’s top teams together.”
