A four-story senior living apartment building is planned for the corner of Spalding and River Exchange drives. Sandy Springs City Council unanimously approved rezoning 4 acres at the corner on Dec. 4 to allow construction of the building.

About 40 percent of the property will be landscaped or undisturbed land, the developer told council members.

“We are very excited about this project,” Kevin Curry of Selig Enterprises told council members. “We think it’s a win-win-win for the community, the city and the owner.”
