The Southeastern Horticultural Society will host the 2013 Southeastern Flower Show at Cobb Galleria Centre March 15-17. The 25th anniversary event features the theme “What’s Old is New Again.”
Along with plenty of beautiful flowers there will also fine antiques, guest speakers, flower arranging demos, cooking demonstrations and kids activities. There will also be garden-related shopping in the show’s popular Marketplace and Bookstore.
Some of this year’s guest speakers include Walter Reeves, Lady Katherine Astor, James Farmer, Erica Glasener, Louise Estabrook, Danielle Rollins, Peter Hatch, Allan Armitage, Vince Dooley, Tim Smalley, Mary Palmer Dargan, Liz Vitale, Geri Laufer, Jason Paolini, Virginia Willis, Barbara Damrosch, Tara Guerard and Laura Iarocci.
Tickets are available online in a variety of prices depending on what you want to do at the festival. An all-access, three-day pass is $45. For more information, visit schort.org.
