The Boy & Girls Clubs held an exhibit opening over the weekend for its ImageMakers photo contest winners at the Youth Art Connection. The exhibit featured more than 120 national and regional award-winning pieces from the ImageMakers National Photography Contest, sponsored by Sony Electronics.
National winners Zach Moore, 18, from Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama and Xan Shivers, 17, from Boys & Girls Club of Montevallo traveled hours in the rain to attend the exhibit opening, and they will be heading to San Diego and Sony Headquarters in July for the ImageMakers national winners trip. Regional winner Kayla Osborne from Warren/Holyfield Boys & Girls Club in Atlanta also joined the celebration.
