The Atlanta Police Department need the public’s help in trying to identify the man pictured in the photos above. On June 11 at around 7:45 p.m., he allegedly robbed a woman at gunpoint in the park at 960 Euclid Avenue in the Inman Park neighborhood. The victim was sitting in the grass reading a book on her iPad when the suspect approached her from behind and demanded her backpack and cellphone. The woman was unharmed and the suspect fled to the Inman Park MARTA station. Later, the suspect was spotted running along the railroad tracks toward the Candler Park MARTA station. The woman’s backpack, including her drivers license and credit cards were recovered near the tracks.
