All declared, incumbent or potential candidates in the City of Atlanta’s 2013 General Election on Nov. 5, as well as any other interested parties, are invited to attend “A Candidate Information Session” on Wednesday, July 17, at 10:30 a.m. in the Atlanta City Council Chamber, Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue SW, 2nd Floor.

Speakers having various roles in the election process have been invited to participate. The invited panel includes representatives from The Georgia Secretary of State Elections Office, the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance (Ethics) Commission, the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, the City of Atlanta Office of Municipal Clerk/Election Superintendent, the City of Atlanta Office of the Solicitor, the City of Atlanta Department of Police, the City of Atlanta Department of Public Works, the City of Atlanta Ethics Office, and the Atlanta Board of Education. The panel will present information and, time permitting, will be available to answer questions at the conclusion of the session.
