Demolition of the collection of office buildings, parking lots and the building that housed Dad’s Garage theatre company is well underway in Inman Park. Known as the “280 Elizabeth Street project,” the 3.3 acres bounded by Elizabeth Street, Lake Avenue and North Highland Avenue will soon be home to a mixed-use development with apartments, retail and restaurants.
