The Dunwoody Police Department is looking for a suspect who followed an employee of McKendrick’s Steakhouse, 4505 Ashford Dunwoody Road,  from the bank to the restaurant and robbed them of more than $26,000. The incident occurred June 26 just after 10 a.m.

The suspect is described as a black male of unknown age, unknown height and weight, wearing a black mask covering his face and head, black short sleeve shirt, white gloves, dark jeans, and black sneakers. He was armed with a large silver handgun.

The suspect snatched a bag from the victim’s hand and fled to a waiting vehicle (silver medium sized 4-door sedan with dark tinted windows). A second suspect was inside the vehicle. The  vehicle fled southbound through the parking lot towards Ashford Dunwoody Road The direction of travel is unknown after they exited the parking lot.
