The Atlanta Police Department is investigating a string of armed robberies that happened Wednesday night in a number of Intown neighborhoods. According to a report from Fox 5, the four armed robberies happened in less than two hours.
A Pizza Hut delivery driver on Luckie Street in Downtown was the first victim. A few minutes later, a Georgia Tech employee and his wife were robbed on Techwood Parkway at Means Street. The third was a women in the Target parking deck at Atlantic Station, while the fourth were tourists heading to the SkyView Ferris Wheel in Downtown.
In at least two of the incidents, victims reported the suspects fleeing in a white van. Read more and watch video at this link.
