Middle School French students at St. Martin’s Episcopal School recently took the National French Contest exam, also known as “Le Grand Concours,” administered by the American Association of Teachers of French. Several students received high accolades on the exam.
Eighth graders Charlotte Hermann and Knox Pittman both ranked No. 7 in the nation. Seventh-graders Gracie Ackaway, Caswell King and Lauren Young, and eighth-grader Katie Crofton, ranked in the top 10 in the state.
