The Callanwolde Fine Arts Center will once again host Christmas at Callanwolde on Dec. 1-16.

Atlanta’s top interior and floral designers have decorated the former home of Charles Candler, son of Coca-Cola magnate Asa Candler and president of the company, at 980 Briarcliff Road for the season. There will also be daily events including family activities, evening musical entertainment, seasonal workshops and holiday shopping.

Hours are weekdays 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends. Admission is $20 (children 3 and under get in free) or $15 for groups of 20 or more.

Highlights of the 16-day event include:

The Artisan Market: Held in the Petite Hall Gallery throughout the event, Callanwolde instructors and students will showcase and sell their unique works of fine art and crafts, including ornaments, scarfs, jewelry, pottery, photography and painting.

LEGOLAND Breakfast With Santa: This event features a kid-friendly breakfast, LEGOLAND activities, as well as photos with Santa. All children receive a special gift bag from Santa to take home. Tickets by advance reservation only.

Build-A-Bear Tea: Enjoy tea, hot cocoa, tea sandwiches, desserts, and holiday sing-a-longs at the Build-A-Bear Teddy Bear Tea. Santa will make a special visit. Reservations are required with only four children per adult and age 4 and above.
