Atlanta police have arrested Curtis Bethea, 31, and charged him with sucker punching a man as he walked to lunch on Crescent Avenue in Midtown earlier this month.
He is suspected in at least three other incidents and was arrested last year for exposing himself to a woman.
Over the last few months, four incidents were reported by pedestrians in Midtown where a man approached them and randomly punched them in the face. Bethea has been formally charged with assault and battery.
