Atlanta Police Investigators and the FBI apprehended a suspect in one of the Buckhead home invasion robberies on July 24. Leon Scott was arrested in Birmingham, AL and charged with robbery and use of a firearm in a robbery for for the May 25 incident at a home on Paces Ridge.

Scott was identified as having participated in the home invasion following an extensive investigation by Atlanta Police Investigators assigned to the FBI Violent Crime Task Force.

Authorities have not said whether Scott was involved in two other Buckhead home invasions that occurred earlier this year.
