A memo from Police Chief Billy Grogan announced the CAD-to-CAD test in a live environment had to be cancelled because Interact, DeKalb County’s 911 provider, was unable to provide a system engineer for the test.

“Unfortunately, the test requires Interacts participation,” Grogan wrote. “At this time, we are working with Interact and all other parties to identify a new date to test the live CAD-to-CAD Interface and, if successful, schedule a go live date.”
