The 5th Annual Tourney for TurningPoint will take place August 30-31 at the Dunwoody Country Club, benefiting the non-profit TurningPoint Breast Cancer Rehabilitation (www.myturningpoint.org).
The event will kick off with a dinner Sunday at 6 p.m. The evening will include live and silent auctions, cocktails, fabulous food stations, heavy hors d’oeuvres and dessert.
The golf portion of the event takes place on Monday with two shotgun starts at 8:30 a.m. and 1:30, respectively. The outing will take place in a scramble format with prizes for skills, longest drive, and hole-in-one contests. The top individual and female golfers as well as winning teams will receive prizes. A light dinner will conclude the day at 5:30 p.m. and lunch will take place for both flights from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Tickets for dinner by itself are $50 and for golf and dinner, it’s $300. A foursome costs $1,000.
