The Atlanta Streetcar will run a modified schedule for the Thanksgiving holiday this week.
On Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 26, the Streetcar will run from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. On Friday, Nov. 27, and Saturday, Nov. 28, the streetcar will run from 8:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. The streetcar will resume its normal weekend and weekday schedule on Nov. 29 and 30.
The Atlanta Streetcar is free to ride through Dec. 31. The streetcars will begin charging a $1 fare in the new year, with a variety of pass options available through the MARTA Breeze card system. You can see the fares and passes at this link.
More than 680,000 people have taken a free trip aboard the Streetcar to visit restaurants, shops and Downtown tourist destinations since the system opened almost a year ago.
