The plan would redevelop the frontage between the restaurants in order to improve valet operations and create a pocket park for casual seating, small-scale entertainment and public presentations. The park would include a small venue for selling ice cream and other snacks to restaurant patrons and passers-by throughout the day and evening. The DRC suggested modifications to the design aesthetic to make it more urban in character.
