Atlanta Loop reports that Emory University is pursuing annexation into the City of Atlanta. The college is using the petition method, which would not require approval by the state legislature or voters.

The Jimmy Buffett themed restaurant, Margaritaville, may be headed for Downtown, according to SaportaReport. There’s still design and permitting to get through before Parrot Heads can feast on shrimp, sponge cake and shakers of salt (hopefully not lost) at Centennial Olympic Park.
