A new apartment tower from JPX Works will rise at the corner of 3rd and Peachtree streets in Midtown, just steps away from the Fox Theatre.
The unusual, glass-clad 24-story building will feature 150 apartments and 4,000 square feet of retail space. According to a report from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the building will be called lilli Midtown.
The building site is the former home of Agatha’s Taste of Mystery Dinner Theatre, which was demolished this past weekend.
JPX Works built the mixed-use Inman Quarter in Inman Park and is also constructing another unusual tower in Buckhead called Emerson inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s famed Fallingwater house.
