A home in the 3000 block of River North Parkway was completely destroyed by fire on Sept. 1.

When Sandy Springs Fire Rescue arrived on the scene this afternoon, the house was completely engulfed, according to a spokesperson.
“There was no one [at the residence] at the time. The structure is a total loss and cause is not known at this time,” said Community Relations Manager Dan Coffer.
