The Dunwoody mayor and City Council awarded a $175,660 contract to Diversified Construction of Georgia to build a restroom facility at Windwood Hollow Park at its Oct. 22 meeting.
The 11-acre park is located at 4865 Lakeside Drive and includes walking trails, tennis courts and a playground.
The city budgeted $250,000 in the 2017 capital budget for the project.
